The Site is an editorial directory operated by AtoZ Tax (the "Publisher"). The Publisher is not a tax preparer, a law firm, or an investment advisor. Listings on the Site refer to independent third-party firms with no employment or agency relationship to the Publisher.
Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. The Site is an informational directory. Do not rely on any statement on the Site — including a listing, summary, rating, or editorial annotation — as a substitute for engaging a qualified professional. Tax law is fact-specific and changes; your circumstances may differ from anything described on the Site.
We strive for accurate, current information, but listings reflect third-party public data and can become stale between refreshes. We do not warrant that any credential, hour of operation, phone number, fee, or URL on the Site is current at the time you read it. Before engaging any preparer, verify credentials directly with the IRS and the appropriate state board.
Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement or a recommendation. The Publisher has no control over the services, fees, or conduct of any listed firm. Any engagement you form with a listed firm is a contract solely between you and that firm. The Publisher is not a party to it and receives no fee from it.
The Site links to third-party websites, including firm websites, the IRS, state boards, and mapping services. The Publisher does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Editorial text, layout, and the compilation of listings are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may cite short excerpts (a sentence or two) with a visible attribution and a link back to the page. You may not:
Do not use the Site to: impersonate a listed firm or editorial staff; submit false correction requests; attempt to disrupt the Site (denial-of-service, vulnerability probing outside a responsible-disclosure program); upload malware; or violate any applicable law.
If you are a listed firm and submit a correction, you represent that you are authorized to act on the firm's behalf and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or delay changes we cannot verify.
Firm owners may request removal of their listing at any time by emailing removals@atozlogin.com from an address at the firm's domain. We act on verified requests within two business days. We do not charge fees, require explanations, or impose contingencies.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — including, without limitation, any engagement you form with a listed firm or any reliance on Site content. In no event shall the Publisher's aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Publisher harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted with a new "Last updated" date and a homepage notice for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
